Family Constellation

A Family Constellation session offers deep emotional and energetic healing by uncovering hidden dynamics and inherited patterns within your family system. Many of our struggles- whether in relationships, health, career, or emotional well-being can be traced back to unresolved generational trauma or entanglements. Through this work, you may gain insight into the root causes of these challenges and begin to release feelings, roles, or burdens that were never truly yours. This often leads to greater peace, clarity, and a sense of belonging.

We will navigate through the complexities of inter-generational trauma, illuminating your current challenges and exploring them with love. Together, we access a pathway to healing your core wounds, by addressing limiting patterns and beliefs. Join me in this sacred space to move towards greater awareness and healing.

This 90-120 minute session is done via Zoom.
